LTOPS 2017 - FAQ

The LTOPS event is a very popular occasion and to be fair to our sponsors we ensure that all applications go through a vetting process before tickets can be issued. There will be a delay between you registering and an email being sent for you to collect your ticket from the Eventbrite site.
Check your Spam Filter – you will be notified by email to collect your ticket, please ensure you check your spam folder before contacting the Organising Team for any missing Tickets.
If you work directly for a Ship Owner, Ship Broker or Oil Company/Oil Trading Company in the Operations or Demurrage Functions you will be eligible. You may also be eligible if you are a guest of a sponsor of the event. We ask sponsors to name their guest and unfortunately if you are not on the list submitted to us you will not gain entry.

Short answer no – Tickets are not transferable. If you find that you are unable to attend but wish a colleague to take your place please contact the team at email@example.com giving full details of your colleague's name including valid email address
It helps to plan this event if you can give the organisers as much notice as possible as if you are unable to attend. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you can no longer attend the party.
There is no official dress code, though we would suggest informal/smart casual. As many people attend straight from work, they tend to wear work/lounge suits unless they have a dress down day.
