This session will consider the use of voyage charters for LNG vessels, focusing on the vessel’s arrival and readiness obligations, and consequences of lateness. The morning session will examine the reasons for time charter terms being used for LNG single voyages and COAs.

This analysis will include an examination of the methods of calculating compensation payable by owners for under-performance.
